ABOUT
Marcus Williams founded Williams Consulting Group after working in private, government, and higher education environments for twenty years and recognizing the desperate need to help business owners properly respond to sexual harassment in their workplace. The common denominator in stories regarding failed investigations and costly lawsuits is a lack of training and standardized processes. Williams Consulting Group's mission is to provide business owners with the tools to respond in a way that builds trust, reduces liability, and builds confidence and pride. Organizations should be able to trust that investigations are sound so they have the foundation upon which to make important decisions.
