About the Event
Whether you work in human resources, private investigations, or title ix, this training will take you through an investigation from allegation to finding and teach you foundational principles that apply to every investigation. Learn how to plan your investigative steps, identify leads, conduct effective interviews, collect and evaluate evidence, and document your findings. Investigations are far more than just "following the facts." You first have to identify which facts are true and which facts are relevant.
We will work together to take a mock case (based on real life examples) through every step to provide immersive and participatory student focused learning. Learn through lecture, interactive quizzes, group discussion, role playing and more.
